Beforus Kanaya, now with less things being held together with pins and better photographs. Turned out I needed more buttons than I had bought, though, and we were snowed in today.

Also, finished painting my armor for Dolorosa! Tomorrow’s big task is making a harness to mount it on. This was my first piece of complicated armor and it was…. a learning experience, we shall say. But overall I’m pretty pleased - the raised, painted trim looks great.

I have spent almost all my waking hours in the last four days working on cosplay. Current progress:

• sewing on Dolorosa is basically done
• sewing on Wonderland Seishirou is basically done
• Dolorosa armor is trimmed and in the annoying fill, sand, fill, sand stage
• foundation garments for Beforus Kanaya are done
• skirt is cut and waiting for waistband and zipper
• bodice is mostly patterned

I would REALLY like to get Dolorosa and Seishirou done by Saturday, or even Friday, but bluuuuh armor bluuuuuh.
