Yeah. So much money, and a little bit of work that has to be done to make the space ready. But mostly so much money and the irrational fear that's "as soon as you do this, some greater disaster is going to happen to you and you're going to be bankrupted and homeless."

I'm sure my workplace has lots of progressivism, but it seems to be concentrated mostly in the lower ranks, instead of the managerial suites.
