If you're getting the menu displayed and everything, you probably installed everything right! Which means I probably borked something up when I was cleaning up the code before posting it. I'll go poking after I have some food, but in the meantime, can you open up the developer console (shift+control+Q in Firefox) and copy out the output there after you refresh plurk?
