Saturday, 15 December 2018 12:57I think I may have genuinely danced my feet off last night, ow. But it was a lot of fun, and it's weirdly reassuring to know "Closer" will still get a club full of goths turnt af ("Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)" was an unsurprising close second).
All but one of the friends I was planning on going with bailed for various reasons, but the two of us had a good time, and ran into another friend (who apparently is a regular attendee) around 1am, which was a nice surprise.
Then I got pulled over for doing 70 in a 45 zone on Rt 2 on the way home, and let go with a warning, which is probably an object lesson in white privilege, but it was 3am by that point and I was ready to be home, so I'll take it.
